How do I return an item?

For Neatnik products purchased at a Retail Store or an e-store other than the website, please contact the store/e-store.  The return policy of that store/e-store will govern your ability to return the product.  For items purchased on our site:  Please note:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  However, we will replace any product due to manufacturer's defect. If you received a damaged Neatnik product, email us within 30 days of receipt of your item at for return instructions.  Thank you.
